Yani founded ImpaQt Consulting in 2021 with a clear vision to provide impactful advice that builds enduring client relationships. As Managing Partner, she leads the day-to-day operations, leveraging her vast experience to drive our firm’s success.

Before launching ImpaQt Consulting, Yani accrued a wealth of expertise working with top-tier consulting firms such as Monitor Deloitte and KPMG Consulting. Her roles spanned diverse geographies, including London, New York, and Frankfurt, giving her a truly global perspective on business and strategy. She successfully led engagements across strategy, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), and operations, serving a range of clients from financial investors to Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.

Yani also gained direct experience in the Private Equity space, heading the Portfolio Enhancement and Due Diligence team for a Singapore-based investment fund.

She also led internal strategy projects for PPG Industries, a leader in the coating and chemicals manufacturing industry.

Today, Yani harnesses her extensive experience to guide ImpaQt Consulting, ensuring we provide the highest caliber of strategic advice to our clients.
